Magnesium Flakes (Magnesium Chloride)
Magnesium chloride is a compound made up of magnesium and chloride ions. This form of magnesium is most often used topically (transdermal) in the form of a spray, cream or bath flakes to soothe sore muscles.
It is absorbed through the skin and may help relax muscles, reduce pain, promote recovery after exercise, and soothe conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia. It’s worth mentioning that for some people the spray or cream can cause itching, but this should subside with further use.
