Ingredients

15 oz can of cannellini (white) beans

rinsed and drained

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons fresh dill
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 tablespoons scallions

roughly chopped

1.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
0.50 teaspoon salt
0.50 teaspoon sugar
0.25 teaspoon pepper
0.25 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

Add the white beans, olive oil, water, dill, parsley, scallions, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper and lemon zest to a food processor. Process until smooth.
