Ingredients

5 oz full fat Greek yogurt

plain or vanilla are my favorites

0.25 cup fresh fruit

berries, pears, banana, or whatever fruit you want

1 scoop beeya seed cycling blend

Or 1 tbsp each of pumpkin/flax or sesame/sunflower seeds (according to what cycle phase you’re in)

Optional add-ins: Sprinkle of cinnamon, a few walnuts or other nuts you like, cacao nibs, semi-sweet dark chocolate chips etc.
