Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and take out an 9″x13″ baking dish and grease with a little olive oil

Mix parmesan mixture in a bowl
STEP

Use a spoon to scatter the parmesan mixture evenly over baking dish
STEP

Place potatoes cut side down, pressing firmly
STEP

Optional: drizzle top of potatoes with a touch of oil or spray with oil, then sprinkle with salt.

Bake potatoes for 35 – 40 minutes or until they are soft and the parmesan crust is golden

Allow the potatoes to cool for a few then scoop up and enjoy with desired dipping sauces
