0.50 cup boiled water
0.50 cup milk

(whatever kind you prefer)

1 dash grass fed collagen
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 dash shilajit

(any of the recommended brands)

Instructions

Pour the boiling water into a mug

STEP

Add the collagen, cacao powder, maple syrup/honey and shilajit

STEP

Stir or blend until all ingredients are blended well

Add the milk and blend
