Avocado Brownie Baked Oats

Ingredients

0.5 medium avocado

Mashed

0.5 cup oats flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
0.25 cup milk of choice
1 tablespoon chocolate chunks or chips
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 scoop beeya seed cycling blend

(for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe dish.

Mix the Ingredients: Toss the ingredients in a blender (or food processor, or use a hand immersion blender) and mix the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, milk, until smooth.

Add Chocolate Chunks: Fold in the chocolate chunks and baking powder. Save a few chocolate chunks for topping if desired.

Bake: Pour the mixture into your baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
