Mix the Ingredients: Toss the ingredients in a blender (or food processor, or use a hand immersion blender) and mix the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, milk, until smooth.

Add Chocolate Chunks: Fold in the chocolate chunks and baking powder. Save a few chocolate chunks for topping if desired.
