Ingredients

Salad:

6  cups fresh baby kale
1  pt strawberries

hulled and sliced

4  oz feta cheese
0.30  cup candied pecans

or walnuts

2  small cucumbers

sliced (seedless)

0.25  cup pumpkin seeds
1  scoop beeya seed cycling blend

(optional)

Balsamic dressing:

0.25  cup balsamic vinegar
1  teaspoon maple syrup
1  large garlic clove

minced

2  teaspoons dijon mustard
0.25  cup extra-virgin olive oil
1  pinch salt and pepper

to taste

Instructions

Toss all of the salad ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined and serve immediately
