About The Guide

If you've ever left an OBGYN appointment feeling confused, dismissed, rushed, or like you forgot to ask something important, you're not alone. These appointments often go by in a blur, and so many women walk out with more questions than answers.

Most of us were never taught how to advocate for ourselves in medical settings. We were told to defer to the doctor as the expert, sit quietly, and accept whatever was suggested. But our bodies, our symptoms, and our intuition deserve a seat at the table too.

Most doctors have the best intentions and genuinely want to help, but the conventional medical system isn't built to give women the time and space to explore the root causes of their hormonal symptoms. That makes self-advocacy a skill worth practicing.

This free guide will show you how to prepare for your appointment, communicate clearly and confidently with your provider, and follow up afterward so nothing slips through the cracks.

You deserve to feel informed, respected, and in control of your healthcare decisions.

Over the last 15 years I've developed education and offerings designed to empower women to reclaim their hormone health using a method that combines evidence-based information with simplicity and sass.

My philosophy is to address the root cause of what's really going on in our bodies and minds rather than treating just our symptoms. I believe that the fundamentals to healing any hormone imbalance lie in an approach that addresses the unique physiology of every woman. This is essential to reclaiming and maintaining optimal health and vitality at any age.

I'm the creator of the Fix Your Period Collective, a first-of-its-kind membership experience that will give you a clear roadmap to achieving better periods.
