1 medium lemon

juiced (or 1-2 tbs red wine vinegar)

1 tablespoon olive oil
0.50 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried mint

(not fresh)

1 pinch sea salt

to taste

2 tablespoons milk

(to thin it out)
